Brydens Home Services carries $3 million in liability coverage and is fully bonded for residential engagements. Exterior work takes place around landscaping, stonework, furnishings, lighting, entryways, and surfaces that require measured handling.

Coverage exists so responsibility remains where it belongs. Sensitive surfaces and property considerations are reviewed before work begins.

Site presence is kept restrained and professional. Equipment is organized carefully, communication remains professional, and cleanup is maintained throughout the engagement. Vehicles and equipment are kept clean and presentation conscious.

Work is completed according to the agreed scope with the objective of leaving the property visibly more refined than when we arrived. When coordination with household staff, security, or vendors is required, communication remains discreet and organized.

    Submit your assessment request with property details and optional photos. Each request is personally reviewed and responded to in writing with proposed scope, timing, and preparation details before scheduling is confirmed.

    Standard cleaning equipment, surface appropriate treatment products, and normal preparation materials are included unless otherwise outlined in writing before scheduling. Any specialty requirements are discussed and confirmed beforehand.
