• Submitted property photos are never used publicly or for marketing purposes without separate written consent.
• For confirmed projects, submitted photos may be retained for up to 90 days following completion unless recurring service arrangements require continued storage.

04 — Service providersThird Party Service Providers

This website is hosted by Hostinger International. Email is sent through Google Workspace, which operates under Google's published privacy and security policies. Information is only shared with these providers where technically necessary to operate the website and provide requested communication.

Brydens Home Services does not use Facebook Pixel or comparable third party advertising trackers.

05 — RetentionHow Long Information Is Retained

• Assessment requests we did not move forward with are kept for 12 months in case you contact us again.
• Submitted property photos may be retained for up to 90 days following completion unless recurring service arrangements require continued storage.

Requests regarding submitted information or photo deletion may be submitted directly by email.

• The website uses HTTPS encryption for all submissions
• The form handler validates submissions on both the user's browser and our server
• Uploaded photos are stored in a folder with direct browser access blocked at the server level
• Email communication is handled through Google Workspace using industry standard encryption.
