The form below collects what we need to review your request thoughtfully: your contact details, the area of the property that needs attention, the type of work you're considering, and a preferred consultation window. Photos are optional but speed up the review — surface staining and joint detail are easier to see than to describe.
Once you submit, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email. Your request goes directly to Michael Bryden for review — no call centre, no triage queue. Within one business day you'll receive a written response with a proposed scope, a confirmed (or adjusted) consultation window, and any preparation notes specific to your property.
From there, the work is handled the same way every Brydens engagement is: owner-overseen from preparation through completion, with a written summary when the work is finished.
